This lavish 4 BHK managed by Seven Sands built with Goan style architecture is located in lush green surroundings of fruit trees, flowers and gardens making it an incredibly peaceful experience.

The space
Common Spaces:

- The air conditioned living room overlooks the garden area and open seating space is located on the ground floor (with 3 steps downwards). There is a deck attached to the living space where one enjoy the beautiful views and soak up the sun. The hall consists of a smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker.

- The air-conditioned dining space on the ground floor overlooks the deck, garden and the pool area. It is right next to the open kitchen which comprises of a fridge, microwave, induction, water purifier, tea kettle and a toaster along with sufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware.

- Snooker Area is located on the ground floor with ample of sunlight, tree trunks and a floor designed with pebbles in between

- Exterior swimming pool, open shower, multiple decks and garden area with tall trees, are all available on the ground floor.

- Powder washrooms are available both next to the living area and dining space.

- One in basement with en suite washroom
- One on ground Floor with en suite washroom
- Three on First floor with two rooms with en suite washroom (One bedroom washroom is outside the room.)

Food / Meal Options:
Kindly note that we have tied up with a cloud kitchen for meal packagers at the villa. Services at times are delayed to extreme rain and traffic and thus we also recommend our guests to order from nearby restaurants through Swiggy or Zomato, which offer a variety of excellent dining options in the area.

Staff Accommodation: There is no staff which stays at the property and no accommodation available for guest drivers’ and helpers.

Additional Costs:
- INR 1,000 per person for exceeding the booking count and upto a maximum of 14 guests. They will be provided with a floor mattress along with bedsheet and duvet.

- INR 1,500 for Barbecue stand, skewers & coal
- INR 1,500 for bonfire (90 minutes)

House Truths:
- The entry to the society at times gets blocked by vehicles waiting for railway crossing to open which may lead to a 10-15 mins wait at the entry gate. The guests however may walk inside the society and reach the villa by a 3 minute walk in the society campus.
- Occasional sound of train may be heard in the exteriors

- The bungalow is located in a residential society with neighbours. Hence, only very soft music or no music / noise are permitted in the exterior areas ensuring no disturbance to the neighbourhood.

- Caretaker is available from 9:15 AM to 9:00 PM
- In case of power outage there is an inverter available which provides one light and fan in each area for up to 5 hours
- CCTVs are attached in the property exteriors
- The property is located in a gated society with a watchman ensuring a secured environment
- During the rainy season or extreme heat, external elements like airborne nutrients and ozone can cause variations in the pool's water chemistry, which may impact its pH levels and colour. Although we take great care in ensuring water quality, some natural changes are unavoidable.

- All electronic gadgets/equipment are regularly serviced. In the event of sudden technical failure, the management cannot be held responsible.

- Guests are not allowed to invite additional guests or day visitors during their stay.

- In the heavy rainfall, the property may witness dampness and seepage which is beyond our control and property or its management cannot be held responsible.

- Guests are advised to keep doors and windows shut to prevent insects and bugs from entering the property.

Other things to note
The property is located in a gated community. The guests need to be mindful with regards to noise and lound music specially post 10:00 PM so as to ensure no trouble to the neighbours.

- Please note that we have parking space available for only 2 cars at the property. We request guests to plan their travel arrangements accordingly. In case you are arriving with additional vehicles, kindly arrange alternate parking nearby, as accommodating more than 2 cars within the premises may not be possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- Please note that this is 5 BHK villa, but due to maintenance we have kept one room closed.

Other things to note
The property is located within a gated community, so certain rules must be followed.

Very soft or No Music and noise are permitted outdoors . You are welcome to enjoy music indoors, as long as the volume is kept low enough that it cannot be heard outside, ensuring there is no disturbance to the neighbors.

Swiggy / zomato orders have to picked up from the society main gate post 10:45 PM.

Please note that guests are not permitted to use the swimming pool on the day of departure, as we carry out cleaning and maintenance procedures to prepare the pool for incoming guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
