● After registering guests, it is not possible to change them.
Other things to note
Attention! Respect the house rules to have a quiet and pleasant stay.
● Check-in after 3 p.m. and Check-out by 12 p.m.: early arrivals will only be allowed upon availability and payment of a fee proportional to the daily rates in the lobby or reception.
● Digital Check-in: mandatory completion for admission to the condominium and it will be necessary to present the CPF, RG or Passport on site for admission to the Building.
● The apartment number, door code and Wi-Fi will be sent on the day of check-in, between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
● No smoking (fines for non-compliance).
● Maintenance and delivery services available Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
● Lost & Found: We are not responsible for forgotten items.
● Voltage: 110V (white outlets).
● Check-out: When leaving the unit, notify your check-out via the link sent by the communication platforms.

● Changing companions at Digital Check-in will not be allowed after the check-in date.
