In an excellent location, close to the beach and shops, the house has a large yard with a swimming pool, barbecue area and covered garage. There are two houses in the yard, a kitchenette that accommodates up to 3 people, with a bathroom and kitchen, and the main house, consisting of a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with 4 beds on the first floor and a living room, bedroom with 3 beds, bathroom, suite with a double bed upstairs.
