At the end of a small country road next to the Fayat forest, you will reach the entrance to the Montintin estate around a 19th century castle.

The "Maison des Bois" cottage is an old hunting lodge whose large garden is protected by a pretty stone wall.

Its large terraces on the 1st floor give you stunning views of the small pond.

Trails allow you to discover the estate, its swimming pool, its woods and its large pond.

The space
The heating is oil, and we had (too often) the unpleasant surprise of finding the windows open and... the heating on full 😱.
That's why we decided not to make it a fixed price but to let everyone choose whether to heat or not.

Fuel consumption is about €20/day (in addition).

We obviously heat the house before you arrive (at our expense) so that you are in a cozy house!

Other things to note
We offered 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds & 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds, all of which can be doubled in each bedroom.

Wi-Fi is available :)

The pool is accessible from 10am to 12pm then from 2pm to 7pm. The park is closed from 7pm.

We welcome our four-legged friends, but 1 at a time:)
The house has an enclosed garden, but the property is shared with other gites, so it is essential to never leave it unattended and pay attention to other tenants.
