For international FIFA World Cup 2026 fans, my condo is the perfect location! We are only 3.4 km from BMO Field, the soccer stadium where the matches will be played. There is a train station directly connected to my condo VIA an underground tunnel, which you can use to get to the stadium.
On non-game days, you’re perfectly positioned to explore downtown Toronto. Most major attractions are within a 5–10 minute walk, including the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, waterfront and harbourfront, Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena, and the Hockey Hall of Fame. For everyday convenience, there is even an underground supermarket connected to the building. Many restaurants and entertainment venues are close by.

This apartment has everything to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. It features a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living area, perfect for accommodating up to four guests. With air conditioning to keep you cool and central heating for the colder months, it’s the perfect retreat year-round. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking at home—coffee maker, oven, stove, microwave, and basic cookware like pots and pans. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience, whether you’re staying for a couple of days or longer. After a long day, you can relax in the bathtub or refresh with a quick shower. You’ll also find fresh linens, towels, and toiletries like shampoo and body soap. Plus, there’s a 65-inch TV for entertainment, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like wine glasses to enjoy a nice evening in.
Please note that the balcony is not regularly cleaned or maintained.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the apartment and its amenities, including the in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and kitchen facilities. The building offers secure entry with 24/7 staff on-site, ensuring a safe and worry-free stay. You’ll also have access to deliveries from endless downtown restaurants, giving you a wide variety of dining options right at your door.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive both a key and a fob for elevator access, providing easy and secure entry throughout the building. The location in the heart of downtown also means you’re just steps away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
Rest assured no part of this unit is shared with anyone else. It is a completely private space.
Other things to note
Parties and gatherings at Airbnb houses are illegal under the City of Toronto bylaw and banned by Airbnb's global anti-party policy.
No special events, commercial activities, photoshoots, video making, or outside guests are allowed. Anyone who is not a confirmed guest entering the condo for any reason is considered a part of a social gathering (if you have immediate family who needs to visit, please inform me before booking).
There are surveillance cameras in the public hallways right outside the condo (no recording devices inside your unit). There is decibel alarm equipment (noise-aware, can only be triggered by large-scale parties).
Social gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited within the condo. Should such an event occur, it will be detected. In that case, we will call the police, remove you from the condo immediately, and pursue legal action against you for any breach of contract, disturbance, or damages. Your entire booking fee and security deposit will be forfeited in case of such a violation.
This condo is only to be used for lodging purposes.
