We offer a private room with its own bathroom on the third floor of a beautiful mansion belonging to San Nicolás church. The room and bathroom are independent and can be accessed directly from the entrance hall stairs. It has 23 sqm and there is room for up to 6 people. There are 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds. Common areas in the building: kitchen, dining room with access to the garden, meeting rooms, pray room and private parking.
Algorta centre. 5 min. walk to the beach ant the subway station
The room can accommodate from one to six people (I can put an extra bed to hold up to seven, ask) Since this is a room with its own entrance, independence and privacy are assured. There are 2 NEW windows, a lot of light, TV and wi-fi. The mattresses have been renovated and are two meters long. The bathroom is new and has a window. There are other bathrooms which you can use in the common areas.
The common areas in the building include: kitchen-dining room (here we call it “txoko”) with direct access to the garden (where you can also have lunch outdoors), meeting rooms and a chapel. There is a TV in the txoko so as not to disturb anyone: perfect for young people and children.
There is a private garden in the house where a car can be parked.
This is a perfect place for families with children and small groups who want to spend some days near the beach and enjoy a nice atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a place to relax, pray or meditate, you can use the chapel in the same building.
The meeting rooms can be used as a place to work, study, have meetings… You’ll be able to combine work and leisure in a fantastic place.
Interaction with guests
Me and the friends (Farid and Hussein) who live in my house will welcome you. We live on the second floor and will be more than happy to look after all your needs.
Other things to note
You’ll be able to use the common kitchen and dining room though you may have to share it with other groups sometimes.
