The apartment is private and in a separate wing of a converted factory complex which includes an owner occupied building and artist studio. We gladly welcome well behaved pets.

The space
The apartment is modern and open yet charming with 1975 sq. ft. of living space. It is the home of the former Erickson-Davis Gallery, retaining some artworks by the host and her late husband. It's a great space for entertaining but events must be booked in advance with an additional fee. There is also a large office area in case you might consider bringing your work with you.

Guest access
There are two separate entrances to the apartment from the large parking area. It is wheelchair accessible from the outside but there are two steps up to the bathroom so might not be suitable for certain handicaps. They also might have difficulty getting into tub/shower.

Other things to note
People with young children should be advised that upstairs space and it's stairway could be a hazard for very active children and toddlers. Close supervision is highly recommended. The rough concrete floor is not very suitable for crawlers.
Also be advised that the apartment is an open loft and even though the bedrooms are situated far apart and out of view, sounds may travel. There is a white noise machine and a Bluetooth speaker for your use.
