This home is located on the Yellowstone River with unobstructed views of Yellowstone National Park. The 30 ft. deck with BBQ and comfy furniture is fantastic for relaxing after a long day of rafting, hiking, or exploring everything that Yellowstone has to offer. You’ll love the views, the location and beautiful and comfortable living space. The Private River Access is perfect for fly fishing all year-round. There are many dining options, a grocery store and shopping all within walking distance.

The space
Private parking and a landscaped Courtyard welcome you to The Water House. The Dining Table seats 6 with beautiful views. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and Bedroom 2 has two Full size beds. Each room has a luggage rack, black out blinds and a large closet. In the Summer we provide a portable A/C unit and in the Winter there is cove heating and a gas fireplace for your comfort. There is a large Main Bathroom with an 8 foot shower with a Rainshower Head and glass partition. There is also a Half Bath to make it easier for Families to get ready in the morning. The 30ft deck has a gas BBQ and in the Summer an outdoor couch with a coffee table.
* Due to the deck over the river, we ask children be 10+ years old.

Guest access
Access to the house is with a keyless entry at the front door. Please text or call us the day of your arrival and we will give you the code, (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

Other things to note
Remember to check for road closures and construction in and around Yellowstone.
Please park in the right hand side driveway, along the fence.
For grocery shopping there is the Gardiner Market within walking distance of the rental. There is an Albertson's and Town & Country Grocery in Livingston and a Costco in Bozeman, not very far from the airport.
