A real asset of the house: a swimming pool almost on the roofs, an intimate and pleasant space where you can relax and refresh at any time of the day.
You can enjoy a terrace area, ideal for enjoying your meals outdoors. A barbecue is also available for gourmet and convivial moments.

You can access the house through the garage. Going up the stairs, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for cooking. You will also find a bathroom as well as a separate toilet.
To access the living room, you just have to go up a small staircase. The living room has a sofa, TV and stove to warm you up during the winter. You will also find the dining room and terrace.
The first bedroom is accessible by another staircase and is equipped with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm). On the top floor you will find the other two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and the other with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm). The second bathroom is also upstairs.
Access to the pool is also via a staircase. This house is unfortunately not suitable for young children or people with reduced mobility because of its many stairs.
A washing machine is also at your disposal.
Regarding parking, you can park on the street.
