Mandatory Guest Registration (TRA / SIRE)
All guests must complete the mandatory pre-registration by sending a clear and valid photo of their identification document, following the instructions provided in the welcome message.
In compliance with Article 22 of Law 2068 of 2020, we are legally required to register every guest through the Accommodation Registration Card (TRA) for Colombian citizens or legal residents.
For foreign guests, we must comply with the Information System for the Registration of Foreigners (SIRE), in accordance with Decree 834 of 2013, which requires reporting any lodging or service relationship with foreign nationals. Reports may include, but are not limited to:
• Lodging or accommodation
• Academic activities
• Employment or contractual relationships
• Cooperation or volunteer activities
• Religious activities
• Cultural, sports, or artistic events
• International transportation
• Emergency care or hospitalization

Minors & Right of Admission
In compliance with Law 679 of 2001, aimed at preventing exploitation, pornography, and sexual tourism involving minors, the following rules apply:
• A minor is considered any person under 18 years of age.
• All tourism service providers are subject to this regulation, including platforms such as Airbnb.
• Minors may only stay when accompanied by their parents, legal guardians, or an authorized adult, and the property reserves the right to request documentation proving such relationship or authorization.
For accommodations with specific policies (e.g., adults-only properties), Article 60 of the Public Entertainment Police Regulations also applies, which prohibits the entry of minors under 16 years of age into spaces that may affect their health or moral well-being.
These locations must display visible signage stating:
“Entry of minors under sixteen (16) years of age is prohibited.”

• All registered guests must confirm their identity with the building’s security staff using their identification document at check-in.
• No parties or events are allowed.

Additional Rules
1. If the property is left in extremely poor cleaning condition, beyond what is considered normal courteous use (e.g., dirty pots and pans left in the kitchen, excessive trash, stains on floors, dirty walls, stained towels or bed linens), an additional cleaning fee of USD $100 will be charged.
2. Local residents must contact the host before booking.
3. No visitors are allowed. Only registered guests listed on the Airbnb reservation may enter the apartment.
A maximum of eight (8) guests is permitted.
4. Babies and young children are welcome and must be included in the reservation.
5. Maximum occupancy: eight (8) guests.
6. Guests must respect and comply with all community rules posted inside the apartment or within the property.
7. No smoking allowed. If cigarette or marijuana odors are detected, an additional fee of USD $200 will be charged.
8. Noise policy: keep noise moderate and restrict it after 10pm

Additional Fees & Liabilities
By booking, you acknowledge and accept the following fees:
• Late checkout: USD $35 if late checkout has not been previously authorized
• Lost keys: USD $20 for replacement of keys and locks due to loss

Enforcement & Liability
• Any violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction of all guests without refund.
• You agree to book in good faith and not to intentionally damage the property due to dissatisfaction with an Airbnb or host decision related to a rules violation.
• If a house rules violation results in the need to refund or discount a future guest’s stay, you will be responsible for covering those costs.
