This place was just what we needed. We were able to comfortable house everyone and it was so close to the downtown and everything in the area.

Pros: - Great location! We walked downtown daily. - Nice layout with plenty of space for a large group. - There were convenient labels throughout the house which made it easy to find things and know what we could use. - So convenient to have laundry - Cute touches for check-in, like jazz playing in the background and chocolates on towels in each room - Great kitchen that was well stocked Cons: - The house didn't have railings for the stairs, which made it difficult for a person in our group who just had knee surgery (and a toddler) to get up and down - While most of the house was good, there were a few areas of the house that weren't ready for us when we arrived. For example, the dishwasher was full and some furniture had been moved during cleaning and not put back. Also, some areas were not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.

This place was the perfect spot for my family when we were in town for a wedding. It is very close to downtown and was easy to get around town from. The house was fully stocked and they had labeled things to make it easy to find. The beds were comfy and it was very clean. This place exceeded our expectations and we will certainly try to stay again if we are back in Estes Park.

This spacious house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Estes Park and a nice Safeway. It was a great place for us to stay while making day trips into the National Park. We also enjoyed the Estes Park shopping and dining. It easily accommodated five of us and could definitely sleep more. From the house, you have views of some of the rocky hills around Estes. It was nice to watch the sun come up on them from the back yard or the living room. The house was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate. There is plenty of common space for visiting or watching TV. There were two bikes, which, had we had time, would have been perfect to use since Estes is so bike friendly. The only problem we had was a cat odor in the lower level of the house. We knew that this was a pet friendly air bnb and we have dogs ourselves (they stayed home) but we found the odor fairly strong. This is the only reason I would not give 5 stars.
