Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures, big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some of the tiny ones may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc.. Please keep doors closed as much as possible in order to keep bugs out.
Please note that the location is at an elevation of 7,000 ft, where weather conditions can be unpredictable and snowfall may occur at any time of the year. We recommend arriving well-prepared for changing weather conditions.
This cabin is on a private well, and due to our area, our well pulls water that sometimes has sediment in it. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but we've installed a great filtration system to ensure that the water is safe and clean. Please use what you need, but also conserve water if possible.
The properties are surrounded by meadows which can at times grow to be tall. If you expect Kentucky Bluegrass at all times around the property, we may not be the best choice for you. Thank you so much.
