Naneth was an incredible host. She was at the station to receive us. Unfortunately we missed her, as I had stupidly not checked my email and did not realise she would be there. She insisted on making our reservations for a Kenai fjords cruise as she could get us a discount. In the afternoon she drove us to see the Exit Glacier, and to another very scenic spot to see the salmon jumping upstream. The location of her house is perfect. Very scenic and quiet neighbourhood, but everything is close at hand as Seward is a tiny town. Bus stop, laundromat, and downtown are all very close. Even the station and harbour are barely a 20 minute walk away. Breakfast was served everyday in the tiny dining room. Naneth is a wonderful cook! The room that we stayed in (room 1) is tiny. Room 2 seemed larger. Fortunately we travel light so we managed. Room 1 would prove difficult for guests with a lot of luggage.

The room was super clean, cozy and centrally located. And Naneth was so welcoming! This was a perfect spot to lay our heads. If (when!) we make it back to Seward we will certainly try to stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Naneth's place. The room was very clean and had all amenities. The house is conveniently located near the Seward ports. We would highly recommend staying here.
