For hygiene and safety reasons, the use of soaps, oils or other products inside the tub is not allowed.
The pool is seasonal, available approximately from May to September, depending on weather conditions.

To protect the structure and ensure the serenity of our guests, we use an external video surveillance system, active only in the perimeter common areas and at the main entrance of the property.
👉 No camera is present inside private or residential environments.
Everything is managed in compliance with privacy regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR). The images are processed exclusively for security reasons and prevention of any unauthorised intrusions.
Your privacy is a priority for us, as well as making you feel protected and welcome.

🚫 It is forbidden to let unregistered people access without prior authorisation.
Any additional guests who intend to stay overnight will have to pay the rate provided by the calendar. (from €40 per day depending on the season)
🎉 Unauthorised parties or events are not allowed.
🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
🐾 Pets allowed only on prior request.
– Cost: €30 per night (small/medium-sized animals only).
– It is forbidden to let animals climb on beds or sofas.
– Needs must be made exclusively outside the property, in dedicated green areas.
