Featuring a 30 ft ceiling height from foyer area, huge rooftop skylights flooding the space with natural light, original hardwood flooring, exposed brick & beam throughout. Dramatic remodel in 2014-2015. All of the furniture is less than 6 months old. Linens and towels are brand new; they are less than one month old. Offers a spacious and bright open layout including a large master suite with en-suite bath (full bathroom) and oversized walk-in closet. Second bedroom includes en-suite bath (full bathroom) and walk in closet as well. Third bedroom also includes a full bathroom.
The apartment is great for families and business travelers. The piece de la resistance is the rooftop terrace. What a great way to end the day, sipping a nice glass of wine on your own private rooftop! As if that wasn't enough, the location is super convenient to transportation and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.
You will have the entire apartment for yourselves. Except a few kitchen cabinets that I have some personal items.

It is a residential building so all of the residential building rules apply and must be fallow. I have zero tolerance for parties, noise and smoking. Keep the order and cleanliness inside the apartment. Respecting the share areas of the building: stairs and hall, keeping them clean and in silence
Starting at 21.00 hours until 09.00 hours are quite hours.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, and to keep the security deposit.
As part of the service we include a complementary iPhone that you can use during your stay. You must leave the phone and charger in the same box that you found it. The box will be in the metal entrance table. If you brake the phone or take the phone there is a $500 replacement cost that you must pay. If you lose or take the charger, you will be charge $100. There is unlimited calls and messages within the US. You cannot make international calls. Please be prudent with the data usage.
There is a complementary laptop; feel free to use it. If you take the computer or brake the computer, you will be charge the replacement cost of $500. If you lose or take the charger, you will be charge $100.
If you take the keys from the building $150 fine, plus you must ship the keys back.
You cannot wear shoes on the bedrooms on the second floor. The neighbors will complain. You have to be quiet in those two bedrooms during quite hours (after 9pm).
Please respect all of the furniture and the apartment. If you damaged the furniture you will be charged.
There is a camera in the living room to make sure you fallow all of the rules. The camera is unwatched; it is only to have evidence in case you break the rules. You will not need to worry, if you follow the rules and do not make any parties.
In Airbnb like in any other hotel bossiness guests are require to pay an occupancy tax stated by local laws, in this case Massachusetts, more specifically Boston. Sometimes Airbnb charges guests automatically when they make their booking like in cities such as San Francisco. However, in Boston unfortunately that is not the case, therefore you will be charge your corresponding occupancy tax, 6.5% upon your arrival. Thanks for your understanding. We are just fallowing our local laws and regulations and we want to be as transparent as possible to our guests.
