Casa Coral – Our premium, most spacious two-bedroom villa at Hotel Balu, designed for comfort, elegance, and stunning tropical views. The entry-level master suite features a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the upper-level king master suite offers a truly elevated experience: wake up to the soft glow of early morning sunlight streaming across the room, enjoy breathtaking mountain and partial ocean views, and refresh in the his-and-her showers with a separate toilet for added convenience and privacy.

Guest access
Before your arrival, we’ll send you self check-in instructions with everything you need, including directions, Wi-Fi information, and door lock details. This allows you to arrive at your convenience without needing to schedule a check-in—perfect if your travel plans change or you’re delayed.
Upon arrival at the gated entrance of Tierra Pacífica, the guards, providing around-the-clock security, will be expecting you. They can let you in and point you in the direction of Hotel Balu; please note they speak only Spanish. Once inside, you’ll have access to our private, secure parking area with space for 6–8 vehicles, which is well-lit and monitored for your peace of mind.
During your stay, guests enjoy full, exclusive access to all Hotel Balu amenities, including the pool, yoga shala, garden paths, communal fire pit, and other shared spaces reserved for our hotel guests. In addition, you are welcome to explore the greater Tierra Pacífica community, which is typically very quiet and serene. While these areas are shared with other residents, you’ll often feel as if you have both the hotel and the surrounding grounds all to yourself, offering a perfect balance of privacy and connection to nature.
