Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 5-bedroom home, the private backyard, and all amenities listed. This includes the solar-heated pool, sauna, cold plunge, private gym, Prickly Pear game lounge, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces. You will enjoy complete privacy during your stay.

Other things to note
* **Family-Friendly:** We welcome families! A Pack 'n Play/travel crib/booster chair and children's books and toys are available for your little ones.
* **Security:** For your safety, exterior security cameras are located on the property monitoring the perimeter. There are no cameras inside the home.
* **Solar Pool Heater:** The solar pool heater is weather-dependent and typically operates from April through October. It is shut down during the winter (usually Nov-Feb) to prevent freeze damage. Operation in March and November is not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued if the heater is unavailable due to weather.
* **Events:** Events or gatherings may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with us before booking to discuss your needs.
