Just 1 block away from the Blue Line train, easy O'Hare airport - Loop commute. Located on the edge of downtown, two stops away from The Loop in a nice & quiet neighborhood.

The apartment itself is located on the third floor of the building without an elevator, luckily no one ever had any big problem about that, at least yet.

Great value for those who are looking for a quiet, modest but comfortable and affordable stylish unordinary stay, close to the action of Downtown and Wicker Park!

Place is nothing special but it’s a bargain. Close to L and downtown on blue line. Key pickup was kinda tough.

Art’s place was just what we needed for our trip. Close to coffee and other fun Chicago eating establishments. Would recommend it to a friend. Thanks for your hospitality!

Art was a great host! Checking in was easy, and the location was conveniently located by the Blue Line while being in a fairly quiet/safe location. The unit is a lot more spacious than it looks in the photos, but the ceiling does slant significantly in the bathroom, so I did occasionally bonk my head when using the restroom or drying my hands! The bed is on the firmer side, so it took some initial getting used to compared to my softer bed at home. If you're a light sleeper, it's near a train overpass (no horns or anything, just relatively loud as it passed by) and I benefited from sleeping with ear plugs. While lacking a kitchen, the unit had the essentials I needed for a brief vacation - I especially appreciated the mini-fridge, water filter, and hair dryer. Overall, very affordable for its location and was an effective place to stay for a few nights in Chicago while visiting the sights downtown.
