This waterfront studio apartment is located in the center of Lustica Bay's Marina Village offering perfect atmosphere for unforgettable vacation. Apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, a seating / sleeping area, a flat screen TV with cable channels, kitchen with a dining area and bathroom. A few private beaches are located just a few minutes drive from the apartment and guests have access to outdoor swimming pool located just a few steps from the apartment.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire apartment, along with exclusive access to a private pool reserved for residents and guests of the building.

The pool area is secured by a privacy gate to ensure privacy and security. Pool towels are provided in the apartment and should be returned to the apartment.

Guests have free access to resort’s beaches, each accessible with the guest beach cards handed over on the check in. Complimentary beach towels are provided at the beach entrance and should be left there after leaving.


Free buggy transportation throughout the village, water taxi and shuttle bus service are also included, making it easy to explore the resort while enjoying the beautiful views and sunsets.
Other things to note
Guests are kindly asked to make sure all the terrace cushions are brought inside in case of strong winds or rain. Terrace awning should be fully closed to protect it from any damage.
