The space
The apartment consists of bedroom and living room with a large sofa bed.
The couch comfortably accommodates 2 guests.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook on a daily basis.
In the hallway there is an additional relaxation area in the form of a small sofa.
The apartments have its own separate entrance. A table and four chairs in the courtyard will allow you to drink your morning coffee in the open air or dinner with the family in the middle of nature.
PLEASE NOTE! Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for an additional charge of 10 euros (one set of sheets for a double bed + towels for two people).
Other things to note
To keep the rental price as low as possible for our guests, we do not include the cleaning fee in the rental price. Therefore, guests must clean the apartment before they leave.
To do this, you will find everything you need in the closet (white doors to the left of the front door).
What needs to be done before check-out:
1. Linens must be stripped from beds and put in the washing machine with the towels (if rented from the owner There is no need to run the dishwasher.
2. All plumbing/sanitary facilities, including the bathtub, sink, and toilet, must be cleaned with a suitable product.
3. The kitchen must be left in the same condition as when you checked in, namely:
• All dishes must be washed (you can use the dishwasher) and put away in their proper place;
• All surfaces must be wiped down.
• The sink and cooktop must be clean;
• Garbage cans must be emptied, and a clean bag must be placed inside.
4. If the sofa has been used for sleeping, it must be returned to its original condition: put the bedspread back on and arrange the cushions.
5. The floor of the entire apartment must be vacuumed and then mopped.
In general, the property must be left in the same condition as when you arrived.
If the cleaning is not done properly, we will be forced to charge an additional fee of €50.
