Other things to note
ID Requirement: In order to facilitate a smooth check-in process, guests are required to submit a valid ID following booking confirmation. This pre-registration step is necessary for streamlined check-in procedures and compliance with building security policies.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, with check-out required by 12:00 NN. If alternative arrangements are needed, please communicate in advance to facilitate coordination.
House Rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building.
Pets are not permitted within the premises.
Hanging or placing items on the balcony is not allowed for safety and aesthetic reasons. A fine will be imposed for non-compliance.
We kindly ask guests to maintain a considerate noise level, particularly during nighttime hours, to avoid disturbance to other residents.
For security purposes, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the unit.
Garbage Disposal: Please observe the designated garbage collection schedule. Garbage should only be placed outside the unit after hearing the bell sound, as this indicates the appropriate time for disposal. A fine will be levied for improper disposal.
Building Access: Guests will receive check-in instructions along with a guest authorization form prior to arrival. The completed form must be presented at the lobby reception upon arrival for building access and check-in procedures.
Maintenance: Should any maintenance issues arise during your stay, please inform me promptly so that I can address and resolve them as quickly as possible.
Parking: Should you require parking, kindly notify me in advance. Availability of parking spaces is subject to confirmation and is not guaranteed.
Pool and Gym: The swimming pool is available for use from Tuesday to Sunday, 6 AM to 10 PM. Access to the building's gym is complimentary for guests staying one month or longer. Please adhere to all guidelines and policies for the proper use of these amenities.
