The 6BHK Ekostay Silver Fox Villa in Lonavala features a serene and muted decor, adorned with modern amenities to ensure your utmost comfort. You have the option to admire the uninterrupted hill views from both the terrace and all the rooms, dip into the refreshing pool, or relish the gentle breeze amidst the lush green grass. This charming setting, surrounded by the beauty of nature, offers a balcony where you can unwind and soak in the atmosphere.

Property Layout: Ground plus 1
Bedrooms:
- The villa features 6 bedrooms, with two situated on the ground floor and four on the first floor.
- The rooms situated on the first floor have access to balcony as well.
- All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners for your comfort.
- Extra mattresses can be provided upon request.
Living Room:
- The living room offers comfortable seating for 6 people on a sofa.
- A television is available in the living room for your entertainment.
- A dining table for 6 people is also available within the living room.
Bathrooms:
- The villa boasts 6 bathrooms in total, with 5 attached to individual bedrooms and 1 serving as a common washroom.
- Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your own towels.
- Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to ensure hot water availability.
Kitchen & Meals:
- We have in-house meal plans. Should you require to book it, kindly let us know in advance. This shall be subject to availability of our chefs. Rates are displayed under meals tab on the website.
- The open kitchen is attached to the living room.
- Heavy cooking is prohibited.
- The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave and water purifier.
- Cutlery and crockery are readily available for use.
Outdoor Area:
- The villa features a private pool, and it's important to note that a nylon swimming costume is mandatory when using the pool.
- The villa features a private pool, the pool size is (18*12 approx *4.5ft).
- An outdoor lawn is also part of the villa's surroundings.
- An exquisite outdoor seating area near the pool is perfect to accommodate 6 people.
Additional Amenities:
- Games such as carrom and badminton are available.
- Uninterrupted hill view from both the terrace and all the rooms.
- Jacuzzi is available at the rooftop.
- Secured parking space for 4-5 cars available on the premises
- A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply).
- Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests if required (upon request)
- Barbecue facilities are available upon prior request and at an additional cost.
Other Important Information:
- The approach road is in good condition.
- The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals.
- To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house.
Damage Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of INR 10,000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.

- There is no air condition in the living room.
- Access Road has minor potholes.
- Strictly no smoking in property interiors.
- You can bring your pet for an additional cost of Rs 1,000/- per pet.
- Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 10 pm.
Other things to note
- Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM.
- During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges.
- We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited.
- Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors.
- There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool.
- Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management.
- Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs.
- The management's decisions are final and binding.
- A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit.
-Guest cannot bring their own chef or maharaj at the property.
