My place is close to The Jurassic Coast, Bridport arts and culture centre and artesan quarter, the beach, South West coast path, Dorset heritage . You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighbourhood, the décor, the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. There is free car park after 6pm opposite and long stay 50 metres up road plus free spaces behind house. The stairs in the house are steep and narrow.

Ropemakers cottage is a quaint rustic cottage very well positioned for the town of Bridport value for money but you do need to be a little agile with the staircase but really close to shops pubs etc

Rosie isn't kidding when she mentions the steep stairs! We hadn't ever stayed in a house like this, but we really warmed to the house and it felt very cosy. Recommended.

House was lovely and very comfy, it inspired us for our future home actually :) We did not see Rosie very long, but she was very nice, helpful and accommodating! We felt really cosy and had a perfect time.

The cottage was quaint and very cosy. Stairs would be a problem for some but we managed fine. Perfect location as the town is around the corner. We loved the fabulous pictures and art work around the cottage. Will definitely be returning.

We had a great weekend stay in Rosie's cottage, just a two minute walk into the main town of Bridport with a good range of shops to pick up all of your essentials for your stay. The light and spacious twin room and shower room were perfect for a weekend stay. There are a couple of cheap long stay carparks around the corner from the cottage so parking should not be an issue. Great location for people looking to get onto the Costal Path from West Bay.
