Welcome to your private sanctuary in Laguna Beach! This is my personal home, and I’m delighted to share it with guests who appreciate peace, privacy, and stunning natural beauty.

Nestled in the highly sought-after Bluebird Canyon—renowned as the quietest neighborhood in Laguna Beach—you’ll enjoy a blissful escape with absolutely no through-traffic, foot traffic, or noise. Yet, when you're ready for the sand, the sparkling beach is just a quick 3-minute drive or a scenic 25-minute walk away

The Neighborhood

Bluebird Canyon is hilly, residential, and quiet. Only residents come up here.

• Walking distance to Bluebird Park, one of the largest gated playgrounds in the area, with a free live music concert series every Sunday all summer
• Walking distance to multiple trailheads feeding into dozens of routes, easy to serious, including Top of the World
• Saturday farmers market in Laguna Beach
• Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Costco and others all deliver to the house

What Makes a Longer Stay Actually Work

I’ve lived in this community for years and have real connections here. If something comes up, a repair, a recommendation, anything, I can sort it quickly. I’m also happy to share anything I know about the area.

Available through my network, just ask:

• Massage, private sound baths, meditation, yoga, and breathwork in the home’s meditation room
• Personal trainers who can come to the house or meet at local gyms and parks
• Art classes for the whole family with a local painter
• Surf, swim, and skim lessons
• Private chef who is also an Ayurvedic naturopath, available for meal prep in any style: vegan, vegetarian, Thai, Indian, carnivore, gluten-free, and more

Easy availability to get groceries delivered from Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Costco, and other grocery stores.

I have many friends and workers in the area that are available to help with any issue that may arise.

Farmers market in Laguna Beach every Saturday.

Quiet neighborhood that has long term residents that all know each other and rarely have parties.

Note regarding climate control:

The AC is new and works well but because of the design of the house, during rare extreme heat waves (85-90+) the AC struggles to cool the living room during the day time. It can usually keep the temperature to around 75-80. Nights are no problem, and the bedrooms are no problem.

During colder winter nights, the house tends to get cold because it is an older house. But the central heating and space heating both work fine.

For reference, I rarely need AC or heating year-round, but there are occasional exceptions.
