1. Please be careful when using all the unit amenities.
-Please do not move the bed location. -Please do not pour cooking oil in the sink -Please use iron board to iron clothes. Bedsheets damaged including unremovable stain is 350.00 pesos -Please throw trash in the designated trash bin. (For long stay, the garbage room is located ....
2. NO PET ALLOWED
3. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT
4. Foods in the roof deck and pool area is strictly not allowed.
5. Hanging clothes in the balcony railing is not allowed. (Penalty of P500-P1500 will be charge when caught)
6. Proper swimsuit is required to use the pool.
Dry yourself and wear appropriate dry clothes when leaving the swimming pool
Please be guided of additional policies implemented by the Property Management Office in using amenities
7. Alteration request date-if the new date is 1 and 2 days prior to your check in date the additional fee will be requested. If not agree, the request will not be accepted.

8. Any violation made by the guest and guest visitors should be responsible to pay directly to the admin. If not paid the amount based on the violation ticket will be requested or reported.
9. Those who occupied parking: Please do not use stairs. Elevator is available from the basement.
10. Unregistered guest/VISITORS must be informed us at least before arrival. Email regarding your visitor to the admin is required by the security. PLEASE NOTE that total of the person including the visitor must be total of 4 pax. If the occupant or registered guest is already 4 pax it means you're not allowed to accept visitor.

•Pool Operating day / hours: Tuesday - Sunday / 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
•Closed every Monday
• Pre-registration is required at the assigned security guard
•Pool voucher/ticket fee is Php 150 / per guest/per use/regular and Php 300 /holiday
