The space
The property is a private villa which immediately overlooks a backwater lake right on its boundary.

It is a 2 story 3BHK duplex house.

The living area, open kitchen and 1 bedroom are on the ground floor, along with an outdoor deck with a private pool.

There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, with a common sit-out balcony running across both rooms towards the sunset.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a Smart TV.

Guest access
Guests are allowed to access the entirety of the ground floor and first floor.

Entry is restricted to the terrace, which is where the resident caretaker resides.
