Located on the ground floor of a small quiet building, it offers a bright space with a comfortable bed, equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, complete dishes) and fast Wi-Fi. Ideal for travelers passing through, business stays, Néris-les-Bains spa guests or discovery weekends.

The space
Refurbished and very cozy studio. The studio is on the ground floor of a small 2-story building, located in old Montluçon, a 2-minute walk from Place Piquand and the Château des Ducs de Bourbon.

100% FUNCTIONAL, it has a fully equipped kitchen with DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine, Kettle, Refrigerator, Stovetop, Microwave and all the kitchen utensils to cook you a good meal if needed. Oil, salt and pepper are available to help you out.

For a peaceful night, you will find a comfortable double bed of 140 x 190 cm made on arrival. A smart TV and WiFi

In the bathroom, which is also refurbished, you will find a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, as well as shower gel and shampoo available.

The studio also has an iron and ironing board as well as a wardrobe to store your belongings for a longer stay.
