➤ Starter Supplies: Coffee and other consumables are provided initially; guests are responsible for refills.
➤ House Rules: Quiet hours are 9PM - 8AM. No smoking or vaping inside or outside. Pet friendly up to 2; $75 fee/pet.
➤ Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is available for sale at Kroger, Tractor Supply & Ace Hardware
➤ To keep our home safe and our neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy we have installed the following:
