There will be a security deposit of $250 put on a credit card that is refundable within 7 days if no damage is done to the room.
There are no additional fees or taxes due at check in.
Parking is onsite, outside, and free.

Community rules for Club Wyndham Grand Desert:
• CHECK-IN: All guests must check in at Club Wyndham Grand Desert 265 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada 89169 United States
• Check-in: 4pm
• Check-out: 10am
• You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.
• A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
• The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Please be advised that reservations do not include daily housekeeping, however the state of Nevada mandates that starting on 8/31/2020, Wyndham provides daily housekeeping (a full clean service for a fee) for the duration of your stay. You have the option to decline the daily housekeeping at check-in. If you decline, you will not be charged for daily housekeeping at check-in.
• The cost of daily housekeeping varies by room type as follows:
$75 per night for a 1 bedroom suite
$85 per night for a 1 bedroom deluxe
$105 per night for a 2 bedroom
$115 per night for a 2 bedroom presidential
$160 per night for a 2 bedroom lockoff
$120 per night for a 3 bedroom
$130 per night for a 3 bedroom presidential
$205 per night for a 4 bedroom presidential
• Smoking of any kind in the room will result in a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee.
• Oversized vehicles are not permitted.
• No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
• You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
