2BR/2BA, 1,300 sq. ft. home located right in the village on a quiet street with a public green space on one side, 1.5 blocks from the Jitney stop, Main St. and the harbor, cook's kitchen, parking space, screen doors, central A/C, 100% cotton sheets, laundry room, office area, plenty of closet space, big claw foot soaking tub, down alternative comforters and pillows, outdoor table, chairs and umbrella. Shhh! Back yard is home to the biggest willow tree in the Hamptons (so we have been told)!
The first floor includes an open living and dining room, a large kitchen equipped for any level cook and for private chefs, a full bathroom with a shower and a bedroom outfitted with two twin beds, a closet for hanging clothes, under bed storage for bags along with a shelf full of lots of Southern gothic fiction.
Up the stairs you will find a full bathroom with a cast-iron claw-foot tub for soaking, a large bedroom with a firm queen bed as well as a comfortable chair and ottoman for reading (or napping), closets for hanging clothes and under bed storage for traveling bags. You will also find the laundry room and an office area with a large desk - if you need your own space in which to communicate with the outside world.
Wi-Fi works throughout. The living area has a 40" smart television with Optimum cable provided.
In addition to the entire home, enjoy a private yard with new garden plantings we are encouraging to grow like weeds. Dine al fresco at a table for six.
One off-street parking space is out front for you. However, a car is unnecessary as the location is an easy walk (1.5 blocks or 2.5 blocks depending on which side of the street you count the blocks) to the Sag Harbor Jitney stop in "downtown" Sag Harbor (across the street from the former movie theater on Main Street). Plus, practically everything you need is within easy walking distance.

Because this is our home and some of our favorite furnishings and artwork are here - absolutely no smoking and no pets. Our neighbors are other full-time residents. They are very gracious, but please be mindful of their proximity and keep noise at a low volume during nighttime hours and at a regular volume during the daytime hours.
