Guest access
Airbnb guests can access the property through the front door using keyless entry. The bedroom also features keyless entry, allowing you to lock it from both inside and outside for added convenience. During your stay, you'll have full access to the shared kitchen and its amenities, as well as the laundry area with washing machine and dryer, living room, dining room, patio, and breakfast nook. Each room is private and guests share common areas such as the kitchen, dining area, living room and swimming pool. This house is shared with other Airbnb guests. For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted on the property. The owner has severe allergies, and this policy is strictly enforced. You’re welcome to relax in the backyard, take a dip in the swimming pool, lounge in the hammocks, or enjoy the fire pit.
During your stay
The co-host and his family live in the basement with its own separate entrance. He respects your privacy and will only engage if you have questions or concerns and is reachable via the Airbnb app, phone, or text. There are long term guests who work during the day. If you have a pet, take your pet with you when you leave and put a leash when in common areas of the home. This is a smoke-vape-free space. Fine of $200 for smoking/vaping inside the house is imposed. Smoking is allowed outside the house and please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly. Thank you for your kind understanding.
