Welcome to our cozy Komolon guest house, located almost in the very center of Tashkent.
The house is ideal for family vacations, couples, tourists, and business guests.
Everything you need is nearby — the subway, cafes, parks, shops and the main attractions of the city are within a walking distance.

The space
Guests are provided with a separate floor with a separate entrance. At your disposal:
– 3 bedrooms, each with 2 separate beds:
 • one 120 cm wide
 • the second is 90 cm
– A hall with a sofa and a TV area
– Entrance hall
– Dining area
– Kitchen: appliances, dishes, green and black tea in bags, instant coffee
– Air conditioners in every bedroom and in the hall
– Heating — heated floor
– Bathroom: shower, washbasin, washing machine
 • Towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper (initial supply), washing powder
– For the 7th guest, a sofa bed with linen is provided

Guest access
Guests use their entire floor and also have access to a shared courtyard:
– Several dining areas (table and chairs)
– Summer kitchen with a gas stove
– A closed garage for 2 cars
– Street parking for 2 more cars
– Electric car charging station

Please note: the yard is shared, it is also used by guests of the second apartment and the host living on the premises.

Other things to note
– We do not enter the house during your stay to preserve your privacy
– Change of linen and towels is not provided during the stay, but you can contact us if you need anything
– Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or in the yard
