Nice accommodation in a pretty remote area of North Wales. Americans not used to driving on very narrow roads...on the left...might have problems getting around the area. For us, it was a great adventure...and Geoff was a terrific host.

This is a real gem. We loved staying in this spacious , warm, homely, comfortable apartment. The location is quiet and though seemingly far from the city is a short drive to the major attractions in the area. We spent a day in Conwy and another in the villages of Llangernyw and Betws y Coed. The apartment has a lovely slow combustion heater in addition to central heating. We loved coming 'home' after a day out to this very comfortable apartment. Geoff kindly met us in Reid y Foel on our first night and directed us to the property. Once we had our bearings we were fine. Geoff and Karen are hospitable hosts, we especially appreciated the fresh eggs and Welsh cakes, communication was easy. We have been staying in Airbnb's all over Europe and we rate this as number one.

We enjoyed a great few days here - perfect for escaping the usual city life! The location is quite remote and very quiet, but is only a few minutes drive away from a pretty little village with a great little pub (top food!). The space itself has everything you could need to make it home, and the log burner quickly made it a very cosy atmosphere. We wouldn't hesitate to return again, as there's lots to explore in North Wales and this was a great place to stay while doing so!

We loved staying there. We received a lovely and friendly welcome and were made to feel really comfortable. The area is gorgeous and the fields around Geoff's place are absolutely lush. It is a perfect place to disconnect and breathe fresh air.

The host, Geoff, made us feel at home right from the start with a warm welcome on a chilly September afternoon. The cottage was charming, with comfortable furniture, all amenities available if required and set in a very rural area which ensures peaceful and quiet - the ideal place to just chill out. The cottage is ideally situated within easy reach of beaches to the north and Snowdonia to the south and west. We were very fortunate to have 3 sunny days there but wish we could have stayed a whole week!
