The space
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. The property is 500 m from the paved road and accommodates up to 7 people (with a bed, a sofa bed, and a regular sofa) and up to 10 with mattresses on the floor. It is small and SIMPLE, with no luxuries, located in a very rural area with lots of vegetation, where the climate tends to be colder than in the urban area, even in warmer seasons. There are steps through the house: at the front entrance, at the back door, in the living room, indoor bathroom. We suggest that you ask if there is any doubt regarding this type of accessibility. A thorough pool cleaning can only be provided for reservations made at least 5 days in advance; this means that for last-minute reservations at a discounted rate, we will not hand over the property with a clean pool unless it is already in usable condition. The property is located 15 minutes from downtown (approximately 15 km/9 miles), with almost the entire route being paved, with only 600 meters (0.4 miles) of dirt road. It is 5 min from the nearest neighborhood as well. There is no supermarket nearby, but 500 meters from the place (in front of the pottery) there is a small market with drinks and some other products. There is also another market about 1.5 km away that serves the residents of the region. The neighboring farms are owned by old owners and the other residents are usually people who work in the potteries scattered throughout the region; the neighborhood is very quiet.
