This is a “Private Resort Izu”, which was remodeled in July 2024, and is limited to one guest per day.
Located in Izu-no-Kuni City, about 30 minutes from Atami Station, our facility is a rich natural setting.
On a clear day, you can view Japan's highest mountain from your room as you can see Mt.
In the garden, there is a BBQ grill, a wooden deck, and an outdoor sauna, so you can enjoy an extraordinary experience that you cannot experience in everyday life.
The space
The layout is 5 SLDK (living/dining room, kitchen, lounge, bedrooms (2F: Japanese/Western style room O✕3 / 1F: Japanese/Western style room×1).
The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, kettle, 3 burner gas stove, refrigerator, and electric coffee machine.

Cooking utensils include a microwave oven, toaster, rice cooker, frying pan, pot, earthenware pot, bowl, colander, kitchen knife, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc.
Chopsticks, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, large and small plates, tea bowls, etc. are at your disposal.

Enjoy Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and more.
Please note that for viewing paid content or other streaming services (such as Netflix or Hulu), guests must provide their own accounts.

Guests have access to all areas of the facility.

Cautions
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00.
About changing the number of guests
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.
In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee.
Noise
Our inn is located in a quiet area, and loud noises can be heard outdoors. Please be especially careful of the following activities.
Loud speaker noises.
Loud conversations or laughter outdoors.
If the level is too high, we may ask you to leave the room forcibly.
We do not have any problem with the use of speakers or conversations as long as they are within the bounds of common sense.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order for you to have a pleasant stay.
Shopping
There are no supermarkets within walking distance, so we recommend that you do your shopping in advance.
About the projector and TV
The projector can be used to watch Amazon Prime Video, Youtube, etc.
*There is no TV.
Number of people
The fee varies depending on the number of people. Please let us know if there is a change in the number of people in your party.
If the number of guests is different from the number of people reserved, an additional fee for the difference in the number of guests plus 1.5 times the total amount will be charged as a penalty fee.
Smoking is not allowed in the room.
Smoking is not allowed inside the room, please smoke in the smoking area on the balcony.
If smoking is found inside the room, we will charge you for the cost of deodorization and restoration.
Parking
There are parking spaces for 2 cars.
Fireworks
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. No fireworks are allowed in the neighborhood.
Points to note
In the event of extremely poor use of the facilities, we may charge you for cleaning fees and compensation for damages. In the event of damage to or theft of items, the full amount will be charged.
About the natural environment
The hotel is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles.
Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel.
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
Regarding the Surrounding Environment
During your stay, external factors such as construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or temporary odors may be present.
As these occurrences are outside the facility and beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or discounts based on such reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding when making your reservation.
