Beautiful family apartment in the heart of Annecy, super quiet

The space
The apartment, crossing, located on the raised ground floor, was fully renovated in 2023.
It consists of a large hall serving a pleasant living room, a very spacious and functional kitchen, a master bedroom, three children's bedrooms (single beds), bathroom and toilet.
The laundry room is in the basement.
Three bedrooms and the living room have balconies that are very pleasant in summer, overlooking trees, flowers and shrubs all around the house.
