We are a corner unit located between 20th-24th floor (exact unit shared upon confirmed booking).

Building located centrally and just steps to High Street, and surrounding malls such as SM Aura, Market Market etc.

Other things to note
Fresh towels and starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bathroom tissue) are provided. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish these items on their own.

For long-staying guests, fresh bedsheets and towels are provided every 7 days. The schedule may vary by 1–2 days depending on cleaner availability.

🚗 Parking Information
Pay parking is available in the building and must be settled with us directly. Please register your car details.

Only 4 slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rates: ₱60 for the first 3 hours, ₱30 per succeeding hour (excess of 1 minute counts as another hour). An additional ₱100 applies if past midnight. Overnight parking follows the same hourly rate.

If building slots are full, pay parking is also available at the Basement or at High Street South Corporate Plaza (₱50 for the first 3 hours, ₱20 per succeeding hour, overnight computed per hour).

⚡💧 IMPORTANT: Electricity & Water Policy
A. No cap for bookings shorter than 25 days.
B. For bookings of 25 days or longer:
  • Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out.
  • A reasonable cap on electricity and water usage applies. This is set generously for normal, conscientious use.
  • Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Pets are welcome. Please note that if extra deep cleaning is needed for pet hair or odors after checkout, a ₱5,000 fee may apply. Any damages, if any, will be charged separately.

Neighbourhood highlights

Bonifacio Global City (BGC) is a vibrant and trendy central business district, mixed of offices, commercial establishments and residential condominiums. It is home to 4 large shopping malls (SM Aura, Market Market, Uptown Mall and Mitsukoshi Mall), not to mention the smaller shopping areas of Bonifacio High Street, etc.

BGC is a well-planned urban area with lots of open spaces such as parks and a jogging path in the Greenway, just beside the Manila Golf Club.

The area of the condo is a few steps away from SM Aura, Serendra, and Bonifacio High Street. Offices and nearby are groceries, convenience stores, banks and a wide array of restaurants.
