Hi! We are offering our big , sunny and comfy living room inside a pre war building. You have a queen size futon for your sleep. and you´ll be able to enjoy a great Brooklyn gem: Ditmas Park (aka Victorian Flatbush, for its Victorian style houses). With lots of sunlight ,beautiful Victorian houses ,hip coffee stores and cool music venues, the apt is very well located. Close to subway lines Q,B,2 and 3 (closest station is Q train´s Newkirk Plaza station, 5 blocks away).

This place is where it’s at. Only less than 10 minutes away from the nearest subway. Súper comfortable space to lounge at or to sleep in after a tired day or exploring. Super affordable as well. Thank you. Will definitely be staying here next time I come around.

Great place for staying as a tourist, they’ve got everything what you need. Very clean and nice. Location is close to subway and stores around. 30 minutes to Manhattan. Dope!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Agustín's place, which was exactly as in the description. :-) There was a lot of space around the very comfy sofa, and considering this is technically the living room, an enormous amount of privacy. I had the room completely to myself when I was in. …
