Alanäset is a smaller village in Strömsund municipality. The village is surrounded by beautiful nature that invites to the outdoors, hunting and fishing and nice stays in the forest and countryside. Our village is located in the interior of the north so mobile coverage may be worse for some carriers.

As an excursion destination, you can visit the village's fine church or why not visit Skansen in Alanäset, a military defense facility that was built during the emergency years 1939-1945. An hour away by car is Hällingsåfallet with a drop height of 40 meters that sprouts into Sweden's longest canyon. Well worth visiting.
