Online check-in is done via an external link sent to the guest in advance. In this process, we use a two-factor authentication system designed to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the customer.
This system cross-references the selfie submitted with the photo on the official identification document, ensuring that both belong to the same person.
This step is mandatory and is part of our commitment to fraud prevention, as well as contributing to a safer and more trustworthy environment for everyone.

The studio has 27 m² very well distributed, equipped with Queen Size bed (1.98 x 1.58), full linen, Phytoervas amenities, smart TV, 600 mega dedicated internet, full kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker and filtered water (Planeta Água PURE 9), guaranteeing the pH between 6 and 8.

Information and Rules:
We accept small dogs and cats; for stays with pets, a cleaning fee of R$400.00 is required.
For apartments that offer a parking space, it is necessary to send us the details of the car for confirmation next to the condominium, to the apartments that do not have a parking space, it is possible to purchase the space directly on the parking site, with the company Garageinn, the hiring must be made with a minimum of 4 hours before check-in.
During your stay, any person who needs to receive in the apartment will have their authorized access, provided they are previously notified (with full name, ID number and photo of the documentation).
Our concierge can free up to two visitors a day, guests cannot access the common areas, which are intended only for guests staying
The change of linen and stowage is done after seven nights, and the amount is included in the reservation, the time is scheduled by our team.
If there is a need to change the linen before this period, an additional fee will be charged, for this, prior scheduling with Movinn is required.
The washing of the linen by the client is strictly prohibited, as the parts require specific care, so they are washed in a professional laundry, in case of non-compliance, the full value of the kit will be charged.
We offer optional daily storage, if you are interested, it is necessary to schedule at least one day in advance with the Movinn team, the amount of the optional daily stowage fee is R$40.00.
Smoking is expressly prohibited inside the apartments, if non-compliance with this rule is detected, a fine will be applied in the full amount of the bond.
The development is equipped with generators for the common areas, elevators and emergency lights along the escape routes; these features are essential to assist in power outage situations.
The check-in time is from 3pm, and checkout must be done by 11am, if it exceeds the time, a fine will be charged.
It is not allowed to walk without a shirt in the common areas, subject to a fine.
PLEASE NOTE: After the check-out, an inspection of the apartments will be carried out and, if any malfunction is identified, a fine will be charged.
Forgotten items in the apartment will be stored for 30 days in our Lost and Foundations. After this deadline, they will be discarded or donated to a partner institution.
