The space
One king size bedroom with lavatory, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, one double bed which is in the lounge as a sofa bed.
Bathroom with shower room.
Full kitchen, all the utilities are there such as microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, grill, hobs, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, cutlery etc.
Central heating.
Outdoor seating area.
Parking space outside of the caravan.
Fire place and tv in the lounge.
Some cleaning products are there, with hoover and mop.
Iron and ironing table are provided.
Please message if you need bed linen it will be an additional cost from the cleaners.

Guest access
The whole caravan park and the whole of Butlins, including the tent, shows, park, fair ground, inside swimming pool and outside swimming pool, football/basketball court.

Other things to note
Please see Butlins events calendar before booking. I cannot take accountability for wrong events being booked.
Butlins some times have private events which some facilities wont be open and no shows will be showed on those days.

You will need bed linen or on request I can purchase linen from the cleaners, towels, tea towels and maybe some cleaning products. I used to leave all of these at the caravan but unfortunately people kept taking them so I no longer leave towels or tea towels there, but there should be some cleaning products.

Once booked I need some details for Butlins tickets (names, dob, address, main leads phone number and email) without this information I cannot book you onto the system and Butlins won’t recognise you as coming. These are Butlins rules. I will ask of this 4 weeks before arriving.

I'm obsessed with: Taking the dogs for a walk.
Hi, I’ve recently bought my caravan in memory of my mother as we used to have one when I was younger. As I work shifts, I would love others to enjoy it as much as I do when I can’t go down. I enjoy all the different types of walks minehead has to offer as I have 2 dogs, so they also enjoy staying down the caravan for those reasons! We tend to go for the mountain, forestry and beach walks as I can leave them off the leads.
