The space
Just 30–35 minutes from Yellowstone’s West Entrance, this private unit is part of a peaceful complex with 17 cabins. This is a standalone cabin there is not another cabin attached to it. You have access to dishwasher, microwave, a BBQ Grill with side burner, slow cooker, & hot plates. The full bathroom is also a huge bonus. Level 2 Electric vehicle charging is also provided. A convenient base for exploring Island Park and nearby attractions.

This compact cabin is designed for comfortable stays. The open living area connects to a simple, functional kitchen and a private bedroom. Natural light and wood finishes create a warm, rustic feel, while modern essentials like Wi-Fi and air conditioning keep you connected and comfortable. The listing photos show a tidy living area, kitchen, bedroom, and exterior cabin views. There is a full-sized bathroom with a shower, towels, and toiletries.
Please note: Pots and pans are provided, but oil is not included.
Our cabin is professionally cleaned after each stay. Our cleaning service is all inclusive and will take care of garbage removal and all cleaning. Unlike other rentals we will NOT be asking you to take your garbage to the landfill, and we will NOT have a list of cleaning tasks for you to do before check-out. Our main goal is for you to have all the time to enjoy your vacation and we want your check-in and check-out to be easy and hassle free!
Snowmobiling:
Winter-time is the perfect time to rent snowmobiles! We provide them at a discounted rate on our website.
The discount code will be sent to you once the booking is confirmed. Please make your booking and you can pick up the snowmobiles at our central location near all of the trails.
ATV/UTV Tours:
We also provide ATV/UTV tours. Since you are staying at the Airbnb, you can book with us directly at a price of $160 per person. Just send a quick message and we can set it up.
The closest ski resort is Big Sky Resort in Montana, just about an hour’s drive from the cabin. Many guests also enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing right here in Island Park or at Harriman State Park, which offers beautiful, groomed trails in a peaceful setting. We’re also about 2 hours from Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee — giving you access to three of the best ski resorts in the country, all offering world-class terrain and stunning mountain views.

You have access to a shared laundry area with a washer and dryer. We don’t provide laundry detergent so you can use your preferred brand. If you’d like to do laundry during your stay, please bring some with you or pick some up locally.

Please note that this property is located near other homes and is not completely secluded. If you’re looking for a fully secluded property with no neighboring homes nearby, this may not be the best choice for you.
This cabin can accommodate very large trailers. Thanks.
Please note that the location is at an elevation of 7,000 ft, where weather conditions can be unpredictable and snowfall may occur at any time of the year. We recommend arriving well-prepared for changing weather conditions.
Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some of the tiny ones may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc.
You will be asked to agree an outside contract that clarifies the details and ensures proper expectations on both sides.
The properties are surrounded by meadows which can at times grow to be tall. If you expect Kentucky Bluegrass at all times around the property, we may not be the best choice for you. Thank you so much.
Please note that our home is located in a rural area, where summers are typically dry and dusty. It is very common to have dust, debris and cobwebs on the decks and outside areas in spite of our efforts. Also fire pits may not be usable due to fire restrictions. Also road and other constructions are passable in neighboring properties and we cannot control what neighbors or county do on theirs lots and properties.
The outside of the cabin maybe be different from the depicted photos based on the season, sunset and more. This is a high altitude and forested area and the landscape changes immensely from season to season. This is not a city dueling, and as such the meadows and landscaping around the cabin will change throughout the season. We ask you to take note of this before booking.
