Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
Our recently renovated two bedroom guest wing is a secluded hideaway nestled in native trees.

It is close to everything, being only a 5 minute flat walk to the beach and Paihia shops, cafes and tourist attractions.

The space
Your apartment is a private, tranquil space set amongst peaceful native bush yet only a 800m flat walk to the beach and Paihia township.

At the back doorstep is a popular 40 minute bushwalk. You will see many native birds in our garden including fantail and tui and hear our native owl the morepork (or Ruru) at night.

We have a huge sunny deck surrounded by trees with outdoor furniture and BBQ which is for your private use.

The apartment is attached to our house. It is totally separate from us, with its own entrance way. Although we live on the property in the main house we will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

You will find the apartment stocked with everything you need including quality linen and towels, washing and drying facilities, Freeview TV, unlimited wi-fi, tea, coffee and milk and even complimentary chocolate!

The master bedroom has air conditioning and the single bedroom has a good floor fan.
There are plenty of books and games. For days when you just want to relax!

There is parking up the driveway for one car.
