The space
From the moment you turn into the driveway, the scenery will take your breath away. Nestled in total privacy on a scenic bend near the confluence of the East and West Branches of the Upper Delaware River, this raised riverfront home is an idyllic escape to rest and recharge. Sit back on the huge deck with a cup of coffee for a panoramic eagle's-eye view of the mountains and river. Cozy and comfortable in all seasons with a wood stove, wood-fired hot tub, and A/C.
Riverfront Adventures
Over 250 feet of prime river frontage! Walk down a short staircase to a private grassy river access with easy entry. Go for a refreshing dip in cool, crystal clear waters. Take a leisurely float down the river and end up right back at the steps of your cabin. Arrange a canoe, kayak, or tubing trip through local outfitters. World class fly fishing is right at your doorstep. In fact, this specific bend on the river is highly coveted by all who know. Put on waders and go for wild trout, shad, walleye, and muskie right from the property.
Wood-fired Hot Tub
Take a relaxing soak overlooking the river! Fill the tub with fresh water. Build a fire in the steel fire ring and til water reaches 98-104° or as you prefer. With no noisy pumps you can hear the river and wildlife. No harsh chemicals either (the water is fresh each time you soak).
Nature Lover's Paradise
Surround yourself in wildlife. The cabin is enveloped by lush greenery, huge fields of native wildflowers, and mature trees. It is an ideal spot for nature walks, birdwatching, and stargazing. The 12x16 ft. riverside yoga platform also makes a great place to camp. Explore scenic trails nearby or simply relax by the fire pit under a canopy of stars, becoming one with the sounds of the forest.
Spacious living areas with views
Open plan design on both levels for flexible entertaining. An oversized sliding glass door frames river views from the dining area and living room, and leads to the deck. An additional 50 windows offer incredible long-range mountain and water viewscapes in every direction.
