My house is situated in the hamlet of La Serpaudrie, 2 Kms from the village of Villefagnan. The house consists of : 1st floor : 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom to share with the owner. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds,3 single beds on the landing, a cot, a batroom with wc. The kitchen, BBQ , high chair, are at your disposal. The price is based on 35€ per room, fluctuating during the season.
