Welcome to our charming historic villa from 1812, immersed in the Tuscan countryside, just 10 km from Montepulciano and close to the famous villages of the Val d'Orcia. This historic residence, a House Museum with an Italian garden and swimming pool, offers a unique experience for those seeking peace and tranquility after intense days among the cities of art.
The rooms, located on the first and second floors of the villa, are furnished with period beds and furniture, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The villa is lovingly maintained by our family and offers a stay with breakfast. Although we do not provide meals, you can enjoy typical dishes in the many restaurants in the area, and we occasionally organize typical dinners for a fee.

We will help you with your luggage to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The space
Welcome to our charming Villa of 1812, a place where history and hospitality come together to offer you an unforgettable stay. Guests will have access to a cozy bedroom, a private bathroom outside the room, and a breakfast room where they can start the day with a delicious breakfast.
Our large garden with swimming pool is at your disposal for moments of relaxation, and we also have a convenient parking lot for your vehicles. For those who want to explore the local cuisine, the area is full of restaurants that offer typical dishes such as pasta pici, meats, cheeses and the renowned Rosso di Montepulciano, Nobile di Montepulciano and Chianti wines.
For a more intimate culinary experience, we organize typical dinners and cooking classes with dinner on request, depending on the availability of our cook. In addition, we have equipped an external refrigerator to store drinks and fruit at your disposal.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the bedrooms, located on the first and second floors of the Villa, with bathroom, to the breakfast room and to the garden with swimming pool. The kitchen is for the exclusive use of the family, but we have equipped an external refrigerator to store drinks and fruit. We organize typical dinners on request, based on the availability of the cook, and we offer cooking classes with dinner included. Breakfast is available at 10 euros per person per day, while the tourist tax is 1 euro per person per day. The garden offers a quiet environment for breakfast, and the pool will be open from June 15, weather permitting. Guests can also explore nearby restaurants and wineries for additional dining options. If we organize typical dinners, we will inform you before arrival, with separate payment.

Guests can contact me via WhatsApp, email, and phone. If I cannot answer, one of my children will be available. We love interacting with guests to tell a little about the history of the house and the area, so don't hesitate to ask. We are happy to interact with guests.
