Casa la 63 is a spectacularly restored colonial house that blends all the old details with elegance and comfort. It has an exceptional location. It is located in the heart of historic downtown with vehicle access. It is a quiet and peaceful area, but it is only a few blocks from 59th Street, a place for recreation, restaurants and bars.
It has all the amenities needed for an unforgettable stay!!

The space
The house has 4 bedrooms with a king size bed and a multipurpose room (TV room and work area) that has a comfortable king size sofa bed.
Three of the bedrooms have a private bathroom.
The common areas such as the living room, hallways, dining room, mezzanines and patio are very spacious and all the details are taken care of, preserving the colonial style and providing the necessary comfort.
