Services included in Marina Port 15
Welcome and handover of personal keys until 8 p.m.
Full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of sheets and towels.
A cot and high chair will be provided (upon request) for children under 2 years of age.
Daily delivery of fresh bread.
Terms
This property is located in a residential area, so parties, events or any other activity that might disturb other guests or neighbors are strictly prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of people booked. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
No smoking is allowed inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies, and we expect great care of furniture and grass.
A security deposit of €400 is required to cover any damage that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and is subject to a damage inspection, for this reason we encourage you to check if there has been any damage prior to check-in and let us know to avoid misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the total loss of the security deposit.
Late check-in carries the following additional charges:
** from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.: €30
** from 10:00 p.m. to midnight: €50
** from midnight to 1:30 a.m.: €80
