Welcome to our quiet and elegant apartment, perfect for relaxing after a long day of work or travel. Located on the second floor of a building, this eco-friendly apartment offers a peaceful atmosphere and is ideal for families, friends or business travelers. Whether you're alone or in a group of six, the price remains the same!

The space
Our 35 square meter apartment (small but functional) is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six people. It includes:

Two bedrooms: Each bedroom comes with a double bed with a single bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. (Bedroom 2 has no window.) They are equipped with a Dyson AM07 fan.

A friendly living room with a fully fitted kitchen. This living space is equipped with an OPTIMEO single-unit reverse-cycle air conditioner, ensuring a cool temperature in summer (throughout the entire property) and a warm temperature in winter. This space is also equipped with a ceiling fan.

A modern and functional bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

There is high-speed Wi-Fi and a TV for your leisure time.

We provide one towel per person as well as all the necessary sheets for your stay.

Guest access
The entrance to your residence is through a building. Access to this accommodation is via Rue de l'Arceau.

Access is autonomous thanks to codes that will be provided to you by automatic message at 6 p.m. on the day of your arrival via Airbnb messaging.

To access the city center, simply go up Rue de l'Arceau to Place du Maréchal-Leclerc. The walk takes about 10-15 minutes:
