Nice two-room apartment in the heart of the CHARONNE district, close to bars, shops and metro (1, 2, 6, 8, 9, RER A).

Perfect for a couple (or very good friends).

The plus: a Vélib' station at the foot of the building to discover the city differently!

The space
A small nest of 36 m2, located on the 1st floor with elevator, with a balcony overlooking a peaceful indoor garden.

- The living room is a friendly space with a sofa, TV, table with 4 chairs for eating and/or working and a piano.
- The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your meals.
- The separate bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed, two night tables, a closet to store your belongings and a rack.
- The bathroom is small but very functional and has a washing machine, dryer and spacious shower.
- The toilet is independent.

Guest access
During your stay, you will have access to my entire apartment, with all the comforts you need to make your stay pleasant. I'll leave everything and trust you!

- If you play music, there is everything you need, but it's nice for the neighbors if you don't go past 10:30 p.m.
- If you fall in love with my shampoo, use it but replace it for the next guests.
- Books and DVDs are self-service.

The apartment is non-smoking, but you can smoke on the balcony where I put an ashtray.

Also, it's important to me that you don't have a party there.
